Welcome to our March 2023 WWWednesday!

March was full of travel, both for personal and for work. I think the reading frenzy of January and February is starting to slow a little, too. So, I read less this month, but still made progress toward my goals.

How has your month been? What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!

What is WWW Wednesday?

WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!

So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!

WWWednesday #45

What are you currently reading?

I’m still currently re-reading Inkspell by Cornelia Funke, the second book in her Inkworld trilogy. I’ve been listening to the audio book, but a little slowly *hides* But since I listed that last month, I’ll add that I’m currently re-reading this beautiful little devotional that was gifted to me by my sister-in-law, A Little God Time for Teachers.

Thoughts: I enjoyed this 365 devotional the first time and was looking for another one this year, but didn’t like the one I started, so I’m switching to this one for the rest of the year. I’m in a new season of life and am curious to see what I get out of it this time.

What did you recently finish reading?

I just finished Andrew Peterson’s God of the Garden.

Thoughts: Is that cover not fabulous? Well, the interior is just as beautiful! I loved this book! It was like Peterson had a window into my soul and his soothing awe of creation calms the dark places we visit. Highly, highly recommend.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’d like to read some more of Tricia Goyer’s books before I see her again in May, so my plan is to pick up Night Song, the second book in her WWII Liberator quartet.

Thoughts: I really enjoyed From Dust and Ashes so I’m looking forward to this one! I’ve always been fascinated by WWII history and Goyer does a wonderful job at balancing excellent research with hope and inspiration.

Have you read any of the books above? What did you think? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!

Until next time!
