Welcome to our October 2024 WWWednesday!
Friends, it’s been a month! I’ve been busy busy working away on a top secret GraceBought update! I’m hoping to share it with you by the end of the year, so stay tuned! Thankfully, I got in a few great reads this month in between my sneakery. š Some I can’t wait to share with you in reviews! But they aren’t quite ready yet.
How about you? What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!
What is WWW Wednesday?
WWW Wednesday was originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think youāll read next?
Here on GraceBought, we do these as a monthly reading review. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!
So, without further ado, here is WWWednesday!
WWWednesday #64
What are you currently reading?
I’m currently reading a classic, Charlotte’s Web, by E. B. White.

I’ve been wanting to go through some books from my childhood, especially Newbery books, and I found this one as an audiobook at my library – narrated by the author! It’s a sweet tale and I’m enjoying rereading it for the first time in many, many years.
What did you recently finish reading?
The last book I finished was the conclusion to Morgan L. Busse’s Ravenwood Saga, Cry of the Raven.

Lord have mercy, y’all! This trilogy was soo good! And this conclusion was fantastic! I have loved the Ravenwood Saga! Morgan Busse has a gift for creative and fun stories that show such great hope in the midst of darkness. Full reviews on each of these to come soon!
What do you think you’ll read next?
I’m super excited to pick up The Locket’s Revenge by L. E. Richmond, the conclusion to her Chronicles of the Undersea Realm duology.

I’ve been dying to see how this story ends and it’s finally out in the world! I won an ARC (which was so much fun!), but my summer kind of blew up so I didn’t get to it like I’d hoped. Reading physical books has been a little challenging lately, but I’m hoping this one will get me out of my rut! Plus, y’all know how I feel about mermaids!
~*~
Well, that’s a wrap for this WWWednesday! Let me know what you think below!
Have you read any of the books above? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!
Until next time! Happy reading, friends!

Aw, the Charlotte’s Web narrated by the author was part of my childhood. Love that book and that audiobook edition! Hope you’re doing well, Coralie! <3
I had no idea there was an audiobook version where he narrated! It was definitely a delight to find! Love you, girlie! <3
Currently reading Toward a Truly Free Market by John Medaille. It describes an economic model that more justly distributes wealth, not in a redistribution/taxation way, but in a way that gives workers more ownership in the results of their labor, improves their relationships with their employers, and decreases the insane inequities we currently see from the ground up.
Recently finished The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros. It’s a delightful quick read about the various families the author grew up with on her street.
Next is Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby van Pelt. I’ve already started it, but I’m making myself finished the currently-reading before I read any more. It’s another delight. It’s told from the point of view of an octopus living in an aquarium.
I look forward to this conversation every month – thanks for hosting it!
I so look forward to see what you’re reading! Thank you so much for sharing!!
I’ve wondered if The House on Mango Street was any good, but I’ve never met anyone who’s read it. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Delightful reads are the best kind <3
