Welcome to the September 2021 WWWednesday!

And we’ve come to the end of September already!! Closing in on the end of the year here soon. We’re getting closer to crunch time on those reading goals! How are you doing? Are you a lil behind like me? Or on top of that yearly goal? We still have time to catch up!

What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!

What is WWW Wednesday?

WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!

So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!

WWWednesday #27

What are you currently reading?

I’m reading through Andrew Peterson’s Wingfeather Saga right now because he’s coming to speak with my Author group in October!!!! So, I’m reading The Monster in the Hollows right now!

49892835

Thoughts: Honestly, I’m really enjoying this one. I’m almost done with it, and the whole saga has been quite the adventure so far. It’s much slower paced than I thought it would be, but the character relationships are SO sweet and I just LOVE their struggles <3

What did you recently finish reading?

For fiction, I recently finished North! Or Be Eaten, the second Wingfeather book. But just yesterday, I finished the nonfiction book Don’t Give the Enemy a Seat at Your Table by Louie Giglio.

Thoughts: More thoughts to come for both (need to write those reviews and get them up for you guys!!), but suffice it to say the end of North! Or Be Eaten was UPSETTING! And I’m still mulling on Louie’s book. My bible study group is going through the book and the study guide, but I finished the book early.

What do you think you’ll read next?

So, because Andrew Peterson is coming, I put Harry Potter on hold and have been diving through his books. Aside from the fourth and final Wingfeather book, I’m planning to dive into Peterson’s nonfiction book, Adorning the Dark, next!

Thoughts: I’m honestly so looking forward to this read because I’ve heard some really amazing things about it, and the more of Peterson’s work I see, the more intrigued I am. I think a nonfiction book by him will be absolutely beautiful and inspirational.
