I love how Miller uses the essence of story to form a practical business marketing plan that is audience-focused. Business should be about serving others, about providing an amazing experience for them while they work with us and meeting their needs. Solving problems with quality service.

Building a Storybrand walks readers step-by-step through the process of building a Storybrand Brand Script that businesses can use to clarify their message and serve more of the right customers. Part of our job in business is to clearly communicate what it is we do! And this book helps us hone in on the best focus for our marketing energy, dollars, and time.

The book comes with a free online template and shows you how to fill out each step after explaining why each one is important and how it works. I loved the examples!! Miller does a fantastic job explaining the techniques in a way that makes marketing way less intimidating.
