Welcome to our February 2023 WWWednesday!
Man, I know I say this a lot, but it feels like February flew by. So much so that I literally didn’t realize last week was the last Wednesday of February *facepalm* and so am posting this a week late. Maybe it’s just cause February is shorter than other months. That must be it!
Despite the shorter days, I actually got quite a bit of reading done this month!
How has your month been? What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!
What is WWW Wednesday?
WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!
So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!
WWWednesday #44
What are you currently reading?
I’m currently re-reading Inkspell by Cornelia Funke, the second book in her Inkworld trilogy.
Thoughts: It was a tremendous joy to reread Inkheart and I’m so excited to continue the series after so many years. I never got around to reading the third book, so I’m plowing through this second book so I can finally finish
What did you recently finish reading?
I just finished Brittany Fichter’s novella, The White Slipper, the first in her new Nevertold Fairy Tale Novellas series.
Thoughts: I wanted a quick read while I waited for a book to come in the mail and this one turned out to be really sweet! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
What do you think you’ll read next?
I’m ridiculously excited that I’ve earned my first “new” book (stay tuned for my 2023 Reading Challenge post for more info!) of the year and I knew exactly how I wanted to spend it: on Morgan Busse’s Awakened, the second book in her Soul Chronicles duology.
Thoughts: Tainted was the third book of Morgan’s I’ve read and I can honestly say I’m simply delighted to have found her work. I can’t wait to dive into this sequel and see how the story ends. Busse has shot to the top of my favorites list quite quickly. I’ll have to read her other work soon!

Well, that’s a wrap for this WWW Wednesday! Let me know what you think below!
Have you read any of the books above? What did you think? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!
Until next time!
