Welcome to our March 2022 WWWednesday!

Well, long time no see! XD Wow, this month has been insane! I’m actually out of town right now at a writing conference, so been a little busy. But long flights and time in the airports definitely make for good reading time. Usually XD

How has your month been? What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!

What is WWW Wednesday?

WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!

So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!

WWWednesday #33

What are you currently reading?

I started Jessilyn Stewart Peaslee’s Ella yesterday, a book that’s been on my to-read list for a while now.

Thoughts: I’m only a few pages in so far but I’m really excited to see this version of one of my favorite fairy tales! Have any of you read this one? Did you have thoughts? What am I getting myself into here?

What did you recently finish reading?

I’ve been travelling for the last week and a half, but that gave me opportunity to read Brittany Fichter’s latest book The Seven Years Princess while I sat in airports and on planes.

Thoughts: So, I may or may not have stayed up until all hours of the night to finish this one. It was SO stinking good. One of Fichter’s best books yet. I absolutely fell in love with this retelling and I can’t wait to share my full thoughts with you! Stay tuned!

What do you think you’ll read next?

Soo, I spent a lot of money while at this writing conference and on this trip. 😀 Buuuut, it was worth it cause I found a new-to-me author and 100% bought her latest book, Secrets in the Mist by Morgan L. Busse.

Thoughts: Morgan really surprised me at the conference. It was a complete joy to meet with her and her sessions were so full of encouragement and practical information. What drew me most, and won me over enough to buy this book, was her heart for tough topics and shining God’s light through her work. I’m not sure what exactly I’m getting into with this one (zombies and sky ships???), but I trust her and I’m so intrigued by the way she expressed her characters’ journeys. I’m definitely looking forward to this.

Well, that’s a wrap for this WWW Wednesday! Let me know what you think below!

Have you read any of the books above? What did you think? Have you found any new-to-you authors? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!

Until next time!
