Welcome to the June 2021 WWWednesday!
Can you believe we are halfway through 2021? Honestly. That BLOWS my mind. It seems like just yesterday we were in the middle of an insane 2020 and now we’re halfway to 2022?? Crazy!!! I actually got quite a bit of reading done this month, which is exciting.
What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!
What is WWW Wednesday?
WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!
So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!
WWWednesday #24
What are you currently reading?
I just started listening to the auidobook of the first Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J. K. Rowling.
Thoughts: So, I haven’t read the whole series yet, but I have read the first two books before, so this one is a reread. And, I didn’t really love it the first time through, but I want to finish the series since it’s so well-loved (and since it’s been several years since I read the first two, I wanted to start from the top). I must say, I am enjoying it more this time through, and the audio narrator is excellent!
What did you recently finish reading?
The last book I finished was Coral by Sara Ella, a little mermaid reimagining that deals with a lot of mental health issues. <3
Thoughts: So, stay tuned for my official review, but guuuyyyssss. Y’all know I’m a fairy tale nerd, but this book went so much deeper. I really, really enjoyed this one. It’s been on my to-read list for a few years now, but I finally got around to it. (I’m hoping to meet the author at a conference next month!)
What do you think you’ll read next?
I’m not 100% sure, but I just got Lindsay Franklin’s Weaver trilogy on sale (kindle box set), so I’m thinking about reading at least the first one, The Story Peddler.
Thoughts: The cover for this book is beautiful!! I’ve seen this floating around for a few years and it looks really good, so I’m excited for it!

Have you read any of the books above? What did you think? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!
Until next time!
