Welcome to the April 2021 WWWednesday!

Hey, guys! I can’t believe it’s the end of April already!! This month flew by. I did some travelling and visited family out of state, then attended a virtual writing conference, and am now catching up on the work I missed, so I’ve been keeping busy!

What have you read lately? Anything good? Are you looking for something new to read? Don’t forget to leave a comment and let me know what you’re reading this month, too!

What is WWW Wednesday?

WWW Wednesday is a book meme originally created by A Daily Rhythm and revived by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, simply answer the following questions every Wednesday:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Here on GraceBought, we’ve been doing these once a month. The idea is for a quick, easy post that keeps you guys in the loop and me involved on a regular basis!

So, without further ado, here is our next WWW Wednesday!

WWWednesday #22

What are you currently reading?

In preparation for the upcoming Realm Makers conference, I decided to pick up Out of Time by Nadine Brandes. She’ll be one of the speakers and I haven’t read any of her books yet. Plus, I’ve heard a ton about her books and I’ve heard her speak before, so I thought it was time!

Thoughts: Honestly, I bought this book after Nadine posted a vibe video on IG. I hadn’t even read the back cover blurb or the premise. I just loved that video and wanted to know more. I’m only a few chapters in, but I’m intrigued by this idea that everyone has a clock and knows the day they will die. I’m curious to see how this goes.

What did you recently finish reading?

The last novel I finished was Jennifer Nielsen’s The Captive Curse and whoa boy!

Thoughts: Guys I have been waiting to read this book for forever! Okay, since it came out in like October or something, but still! I have some mixed feelings, honestly XD The read was amazing! And I go into more depth here with my review, but there are also some plot twists that I cannot unlearn that change the way I view the OG trilogy. And that makes everything so bittersweet. <3

What do you think you’ll read next?

My writing group is planning on reading Romanov in May (also by Nadine Brandes), so I’m thinking about joining that!

Thoughts: I love the story of Anastasia, so I’m really excited about this one!! And, I figure why not read it soon since I’m expecting to go to RM!

Well, that’s a wrap for this WWW Wednesday! Let me know what you think below!

Have you read any of the books above? What did you think? What books are you currently reading, looking forward to, and what have you recently finished reading? How do you make time for reading in busy seasons? I’d love to hear any tips you can share below!

Until next time!
